Class Times (2x/Week):

  • Tuesday: 7:20pm

  • Thursday: 7:20pm

Each session includes:

  • Strength and resistance training

  • Speed and agility drills

  • Plyometrics and power development

  • Core conditioning and balance work

  • Mobility and injury prevention techniques

Boot Camp Fitness

Torch fat, build muscle, and push your limits in our high-energy Adult Bootcamp Fitness classes! This total-body training program combines strength, cardio, core, and conditioning — designed to keep your body guessing and your results growing.

  • Monday: 6:30PM

  • Tuesday 6:30pm

  • Wednesday: 6:30PM

  • Thursday: 6:30pm

Each bootcamp includes:

  • Functional strength circuits

  • Fat-burning HIIT workouts

  • Core and mobility training

Boxing

Learn the art of boxing in a dynamic, high-level training environment built for all levels — youth, teens, and adults. Whether you're looking to compete or just want to master the fundamentals, this class builds real skill, real confidence, and serious conditioning.

  • Weds 7:20PM

  • Fridays: 7:20pm (Sparring & Technical Work)

Each session focuses on:

  • Boxing fundamentals & advanced technique

  • Mitt work, footwork, and combinations

  • Conditioning and agility drills

  • Defensive skills and self-defense

  • Confidence-building and discipline

You don’t have to compete — but you’ll train like a fighter.
